These terms cover your use of Ball Coaches Toolkit, run by BallCoachesKit. By creating an account or using the toolkit, you agree to them.

Who can use it

The toolkit is invite only. Accounts are for coaches, team managers and staff who are 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself, and don’t share your account. Invite other coaches to your team instead.

Your content

Rosters, lineups, schedules, plans, stats and songs you add stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to you and the coaches you invite, only so the toolkit can work. Only enter player information you’re allowed to share. See the privacy policy for details.

Music

You’re responsible for having the right to use any MP3 you upload, and for playing music at games in a way your league and venue allow. Apple Music songs are covered by Apple’s terms and need your own Apple Music subscription. The toolkit doesn’t give you a license to any music.

Fair use of the toolkit

Please don’t use the toolkit for anything illegal or harmful, upload things you don’t have the right to share, try to get into accounts or teams that aren’t yours, or try to break, overload or copy the site.

Other companies

Ball Coaches Toolkit isn’t made by, endorsed by or connected to GameChanger, Apple or any league. Their names and trademarks belong to them. Features that use their services depend on those services working.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the toolkit running and your information safe, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important. You can copy your roster any time with Export roster.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, BallCoachesKit isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, from using or being unable to use the toolkit.

Ending your account

You can stop using the toolkit and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the toolkit means you accept the new version.
