Delete your account

You can delete your Ball Coaches Toolkit account yourself at any time, on the website or in the app.

How to delete it

1. Sign in at ballcoacheskit.com or in the app.
2. Open Settings, then Your account.
3. Tap Delete account. You’ll see what happens to each team you own.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

It happens right away and can’t be undone.

What gets erased

• Your account: email address, name and password.
• The staff messages you sent and your reactions. You’re removed from every chat.
• Your notification settings and the record of which tools you open.
• Feature suggestions and early-access requests you sent.
• Your spot on any team another coach shared with you.

Teams you own

Each team you own goes to another coach on its staff who can manage staff (an Admin or Head coach with an account), and everything on it stays for that coach and the rest of the staff. If a team has no one like that, it’s deleted with your account: its roster, parent contacts and medical notes, lineups, schedule, stats, practice plans, wristbands, walk-up songs, staff messages and parent form answers.

Can’t sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in page, or email support@ballcoacheskit.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s your account, delete it within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
